Speech-Language Pathology
SLP services support individuals in expressing themselves, understanding language, articulation of speech sounds, stuttering, play skills development, executive functioning skills, and voice.
Taylor Trainor M.A., R.S-LP
Taylor is a Speech-Language Pathologist who was born and raised in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. She has experience helping children of all ages with a wide variety of communication challenges including treatment and assessment of: late-talkers, expressive and receptive language disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, literacy and ASD.
Taylor has a special interest in childhood speech-sound disorders and has received additional training in remediation of the R sound as well as Dynamic Temporal Tactile Cueing (DTTC) for Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
Taylor values a family-centred and evidence-based approach to therapy. She believes trust and collaboration are key to therapeutic success and always strives to create sessions that are fun but also meaningful to the client/family.

Willow Gedlaman
Willow is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong commitment to supporting individuals of all ages through their unique communication journeys. Willow has experience with both adults and pediatrics, with a special interest in expressive and receptive disorders, social communication disorders, articulation and fluency. Willow also holds certification in the Read it Again literacy program.
Willow takes a neurodiversity affirming and family-centered approach to therapy. This ensures that each therapy plan is tailored to meet the individual needs of clients and their families, fostering a collaborative and fun environment for achieving meaningful progress.

Benjamin Lamont M.S. RSLP (C)
Ben is a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience working with clients across the lifespan. He has worked in a variety of settings, including early intervention, schools, hospitals, and rehabilitation centres. He is interested in early intervention, AAC, adult neurorehabilitation, and supporting individuals with complex communication needs. Ben is certified to provide LSVT-LOUD voice therapy for people with Parkinson’s Disease, as well as Hanen’s It Takes Two to Talk, for parents of children with language delays.
Ben is able to offer services as a Communication Intermediary (CI) in Alberta & BC. CIs serve a neutral role to support access to the justice system for individuals with communication difficulties, supporting communication in a variety of areas within the justice system. Susana Becerra M.S. RSLP (C)
Susana is a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience working with clients and families with a variety of needs. She also is one of the two Directors at Beyond Speech! She supports other clinicians and practicum students with developing their individual practices, as well as manages various parts of the day to day in the clinic!
When she has her clinical hat on, she enjoys working one on one with clients and their families, as well as in small groups. She has special interest in the topics of Early Intervention, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Executive Functioning Skills, and Social Communication Disorders as well as Transgender Voice Therapy and Dysfluency. Jenna Stetz
Jenna is a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience working with people of all ages in a variety of different settings. Jenna has worked in hospitals, schools, and specialized clinics. Jenna is focused on providing neurodiversity affirming, person-centered care, unique to each and every client.
She has special interest in neuro-rehabilitation and voice therapy, including transgender-voice affirmation therapy, voice disorders and stuttering. Jenna is also passionate about early intervention and literacy!
Jenna is a certified Level 1 Bradcliff Breathing Method Practitioner, giving her a unique skill set to provide direct, hands-on support with breathing pattern disorders and breath support as it relates to speech!

Taylor is a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience supporting children and adults across a variety of settings. Her areas of interest include early intervention, literacy, AAC, hearing loss, and adult neurorehabilitation. She also enjoys working with clients across the lifespan who have fluency and social communication needs.
Taylor is committed to providing evidence-based care that reflects each client’s strengths, needs, and goals. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered approach, creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She is certified in LSVT LOUD, offering voice therapy for people with Parkinson’s Disease.
Taylor also brings valuable experience as a former literacy interventionist, helping clients build foundational reading and language skills. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and trying new restaurants.
